The brief
Next Level opened as a new drive-through coffee shop on the Pomeroy Road, offering a strong menu of drinks and freshly made treats. While the product was excellent, the team wanted to make it easier for customers to choose what to order, particularly in a fast-paced drive-through environment.
They also wanted visual content they could reuse across social media — without creating separate content for different platforms.
The focus was clear:
Food and drink only
Clean, high-quality photos and videos
Content that worked in-store and online
The challenge
In a drive-through setting, customers have limited time to decide. Without strong visual cues, even a great menu can feel overwhelming or be overlooked.
Next Level needed a way to:

We created a set of brand-aligned visual assets designed specifically to support customer decision-making.

At the same time, the visuals were created to work seamlessly across social media, giving the business flexibility and longevity from a single content session.
